Healing begins with bringing those emotions to the surface and finally releasing them in a way that feels good. not just to your body, but to your soul. Sometimes, talking about it makes it worse.

The approach you take on advancing your practice matters. Even though improving your overall flexibility is said to help prevent injury, only focusing on flexibility can cause injury. Strengthening the body, while improving mobility, and increasing flexibility is the best approach to a safe and balanced practice. We have to remember that we’re not getting any younger, so the way we use our bodies is important.
